I had the pleasure of sharing the main house of Rachels house for three days recently and I can vouch for the home from home feeling. There was some concern that her two dogs would be a hindrance, but they were so lovable that I threatened to take one back to Ireland with me. For a quiet place to stay close to the city centre without the confines of a hotel room or single b&b room, I can recommend staying there as I will be doing so again in the future. Blissful Retreat
I loved staying at Rachel's Home from Home! I needed a retreat and got it ... I was comfortable, warm and relaxed, loved spending time in the beautiful garden, and received lots of care and consideration from the hostess. This will be my place of choice when next I visit Cape Town!
